It sleeps 2 with a queen bed and full bath; it has an open concept floorplan with 9' ceilings and a gas fireplace. There is a well designed kitchen to prepare your own meals if you are inclined. If you're here on business, there is a built in office space with WIFI. It also offers secure underground parking for 1 car as well as a bike rack in the parking stall. This charming 1 bedroom suite is situated in Old Town Victoria, in a micro-brewery district, and is within walking distance of many of Victoria's most famous attractions like the Legislature Buildings, The Empress Hotel, Historic China Town with Fan Tan Alley just to name a few. Simply watching the activity in the Inner Harbor with all the boats, float planes, adventure seekers and wildlife is entertaining. If you walk a few feet to the dock you can catch a water taxi to almost anywhere in the Inner and Upper Harbor or explore the Gorge Waterway in a rented kayak, paddle board or even a floating hot tub. There are world class restaurants, pubs, whale watching adventures, and endless history and scenery at your fingertips. We are waterside in the 'Mermaid Wharf' on an elevated main floor with a large patio where you can sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and enjoy a partial view of the water and the patio can act as a private entrance. If the weather allows then you can spent time relaxing on the shared rooftop deck with it's lovely view of the harbor. Its a wonderful opportunity to spend the evening with your picnic basket and watch the sunset. If this sounds good to you then the tray with your morning coffee is waiting.

Incredible accommodations in a great part of the city. Walk to everything that Victoria has to offer from this modern, remarkably efficiently laid out, spotlessly clean condo in the heart of the city’s vibrant downtown waterfront. Tracey is awesome to deal with and will definitely be back the next time we are in the city.

A super location with lovely view and easy walking access to all our planned activities. A very cozy and comfortable unit. Our host was very accommodating to our early departure and very responsive. The unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would definitely return!!

All the major sites in Old Victoria are within easy walking distance. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had a comfy bed. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio after a busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended.

My partner and I stayed two nights. The condo is very nice with a great location on the water. Walking distance to everything you could need. Tracey is easy to communicate with, check in and out were seamless. I highly recommend this rental, we’ll definitely be coming back!

This comfortable property is on the waterfront adjacent to Chinatown and only a short walk to the main downtown shopping area as well as walkable to the inner harbour area. This cute condo has everything you need, is well laid out and the host left us bottled water, coffee, tea, and chocolate so very happy. Check out the rooftop deck common area, especially in the evening for sunsets and then the lights on Johnson Bridge. We loved exploring Victoria and how convenient this was to come back to and how relaxing we found the space and patio. We would book again anytime we found ourselves back in Victoria!

I don't want to rave too highly or else I'll never get to stay here again. The location is perfect for access to all the downtown restaurants, shops and sites. Craft Beer across the street include live music. The studio with patio, is ultra clean and exceptionally comfortable. The owners who I haven't met were super friendly and thorough. Hoping to stay here on a regular basis!

Please was clean, well equipped, and as advertised. Great location; near downtown, restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, bus to/from airport. Property manager was very accommodating. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

This condominium is in near new condition. The kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. The neighborhood is walkable to many of the main attractions in Victoria. There is construction in an adjoining building but the noise is minimal and some sidewalks are blocked. Not an issue for us. Tracey did an excellent job keeping us informed and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. The unit is nicely appointed and there is a water view from the patio as well as a grill if desired. Security is excellent with fobs for the elevator and garage door and keys required to enter floors from the stairwell. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The suite was very well-appointed and had everything we needed for the week (and more). Some little extras made it even more special. Tracey was very accommodating and communication with her was quick and easy. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Tons of restaurants, pubs and attractions nearby and the water taxis just below. The building was quiet and felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend.
