The location is good to reach Loyola and you can learn about Durango if you have time left. It is a renovated property then it is in good state. It is quiet to rest at night.
The administration could improve the communication through booking. They never sent the procedure for check in. I wrote days before to get the procedure without any response through booking. I had a clash with the main responsable on the phone as no one is in the counter. The check in is in the form of self service with a machine and needs information of the reservation from booking. The central air-conditioning system is fixed by the hotel to 25-26 C as I tried to lower it to 24 C and it never cooled down. It was not as clean as I would have expect the floor needs to be better moap everytime you have a new guest...

Buena ubicación. Al lado hay un parking de 1€/24h.
Olor intenso a tabaco dentro de la habitación y en los pasillos. La solución que dan es utilizar un humidificador de ozono durante media hora, no cambiar de habitación. Mala imagen, ya que se ve a la gente fumar desde los balcones (¿Funcionan los detectores de humos?...)

El sistema de chechin automátiomco no funcionó. Por suerte, aunque sólo con atención telefónica nos ubicaron a todos los afectados en otro del mismo pueblo
