We had a room with the view to the ocean and a beach and with a big terrace. Every room has its small area with table and chairs, and there is a common space on the terrace as well.
Host was very helpful. When I asked for kettle to have coffee early in the morning he found one for us. Also we received a spot in the parking because he found some solution to rearrange reservations.
It was quite difficult to communicate with staff because they do not speak English even if they were trying to understand our requests at the bar. I would expect longer working hours of the kitchen as well.

The location very close to the beach. The garden terrace outside the room and the range of spaces - communal terrace, bar, shaded garden. Good breakfast and range of other food options on site. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We appreciated the fridge.
We enjoyed the walk to the centre of Lekeitio and other restaurants.
It was very hot. The air conditioner required the window to be open which given the setting wasn't ideal at night. We had portable battery fans, so not an issue for us.

The location is prefect. Staff are welcoming & cant do enough for you. This was our 3rd visit & we will go back again without any question of doubt,
The rooms need a bit of maintenance extract fan in bathroom needs to work. The beds had waterproof mattress protectors on which made sleeping very difficult as you woke up really hot & sweaty.
