Wyjątkowy!

Apartment wyglądał dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, a właściciel służy ogromna pomocą i zapewnia wszystko czego potrzebujesz! Bez wątpienia wróciłabym tam jeszcze raz, bo czułam się jak w domu :) Pięknie, czysto, a David zasługuje na medal najlepszego hosta :)

Schöne große Wohnung

Wir waren nur eine Nacht als stop over in der Unterkunft. Dafür war es perfekt. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Supermarkt und Strand in Laufnähe. Schlüsselübergabe war super unkompliziert sehr nett.

Comforting apartment a few minute walk from the beach in a safe area

I really liked how clean the place was and it was very spacious and relaxing. I also appreciated the breakfast foods and all the kitchen supplies.

The one thing missing was laundry detergent.

A perfect place to stay!

From beginning to end, it was a smooth stay thanks to great communication with Carlos! Great location and beautiful condo!! So much room and open spaces. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended place to stay in Las Marias area of San Juan.

Our stay with Carla and David’s property was exceptional. Our flight was delayed and we ended up landing at 1am and didn’t make it to the property until 2am and they were kind enough to wait for us. They have thought of everything- from leaving us fresh fruit, milk, eggs, bread, butter, etc so we could have breakfast to having laundry detergent so we could do our laundry. They property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many restaurants. They also made great recommendations for us places to visit and eat at. Next time we’re in San Juan, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

It was peaceful and easy to get to places outside the immediate area.

The pool. The AC WAS great ! The beach was nearby. Beautiful apt. Convenient area.

The elevator was small and hot. No tub in this apt but rain shower was lovely.

Simply the Best

Everything! I loved everything! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. David and Carla were very accommodating and helpful! I don't think I have ever felt more at home. Also, it is in great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. There are 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. I loved how spacious the apartment is.

The pictures hardly do it justice. Absolutely beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I will be booking again for our next trip.

I would definitely come back here again, my friends and I had a lovely stay!

The apartment unit was just as pictured. Everything was clean and David provided us with everything to make breakfast which was super super nice of him. The kitchen has everything you need to make coffee so you don’t have to worry about coffee mugs, spoons, and all of that. The host also provided us with great beach recommendations. Also If you are renting a car you will have a parking spot which is super convenient. This is a great spot everything is at a good distance from it and there’s even a private pool deck in the back to enjoy the sun. We didn’t have any complaints and would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Alejandra!

Honestly we don’t have anything to complain about.

perfect for our first time to Puerto Rico!

I loved everything. The place is exactly as pictured and everything is nice and clean. Great location, just steps away from the beach. Breakfast provided was absolutely lovely.

Superb

David greeted us in the wee hours of the night after I flight experienced several delays. He was gracious and welcoming. Having all the things we needed to make a yummy breakfast in the morning was a great touch. Super close to the airport, cozy beds, and nearby beach for a lovely walk in the morning.
