Great location , friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
It would be very useful to have a washing machine and a dryer. There is no elevator. The The shower enclosure doesn't open easily.

A true gem in Dubrovnik! The location couldn’t be better - situated right next to the Marina, remarkably quiet, and just a short walk to a fantastic public beach, local shops, and convenient bus stations.
The apartment itself is super modern, beautifully furnished, and spotless. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring great sleep after full days of exploring. On top of that, the hosts were wonderfully attentive, making sure everything was seamless from check-in to departure.
Outstanding value for the price - easily our best choice in the area. We had an absolute blast and were genuinely sorry to leave. Highly recommended!
The only minor detail to keep in mind: if you get a ground-floor room, because of its superb, lush green location, tiny ants may wish to join you inside. Just keep the space tidy and clear of crumbs, and you won’t have any issues at all.

Great location near access to Lapad area , buses and pick up for day trips. The room is just what you need and clean. Can have a good breakfast at the hotel next to it .
