Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture and streaming a movie on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love utilizing the open-concept kitchen, equipped with capable appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Each bedroom is outfitted with luxe linens, a soft bed, and plenty of space to sprawl out and rest. The main bedroom boasts a private entrance to the backyard with double doors that let in natural light. A washer/dryer is provided for the ultimate convenience. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This house is cute and comfortable, had everything we needed! We were a little confused with the third bedroom that has a king bed not being listed on the property details and didn’t know if we could utilize it. Also, the record player wasn’t working, which is really no big deal, just kind of a bummer. We would definitely stay here again!

This tidy, well appointed vacation rental was all that we'd hoped for. There was a minor problem with the dishwasher and someone was there to look at it immediately. Proximity to JTNP and area restaurants and services was great. We hope to return to this property next year.

This was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Joshua Tree. The place actually felt nicer than in the pictures. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and if we had been there longer I would have liked to cook a meal. Would definitely stay again if we ever return to the area!

We brought our 3 kids here for the weekend and loved our stay! The beds were super comfortable, there was a really nice front and back yard and the location is perfect for going back and forth between the national park. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful holiday home, spotlessly clean, and extremely well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Air conditioning works extremely well, close to Joshua Tree National park, close to the supermarket. Very comfortable beds (slept so well). Beautiful garden (BBQ grill, pool tub,fire pit, outdoor shower, deck chairs). Highly recommended for.
