All very cosy and comfortable and clean - our room and the bar lounge and restaurant and toilets!
We somehow did not see the signs for the hotel as we passed by - very difficult to see in the dark! Would suggest a much bigger more visible sign just with the name on it. Menu prices in the Oasis quite expensive.

The staff were superb. They were helpful, welcoming and whenever we needed anything nothing was too much trouble. They also seemed to love where they worked and their colleagues. It made an overnight stay really unexpectedly special.
We did like the cots, one was broken (not too much of a problem) and we understand you will not replacing them i hope that you do as it does make things much easier to travel.

Have stayed at Woodfalls on two occasions and both have been superb -- staff always friendly, room and bathroom very clean and overall comfortably stay. Stay here for business, but know the area well and its also well positioned to explore the New Forest.

Good location
We were charged something like _£7-40 for 2 small bottles of water which is too high
There was a pack of attention to detail. The chain to the plug for the sink was broken.Mastic was needed in a number of places eh between the floor and shower
An 8 am start for breakfast would be too late for some people
I thought that the room prices were very high given that an extra charge was made for breakfast
If the room prices included breakfast I think this would help but as it is we won't be using this place again
We travel to this area once a month to see our son wife and Grandson so they have lost us as customers
