Great value stay in the area. Additionally, the pub/restaurant downstairs was excellent and a great way to unwind after a day or to grab breakfast in advance of the day to come. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
While the facilities were nice, our shower had a clogged drain that wasn't able to be fixed during our overnight stay.

Location amazing. So dog friendly hotel and the whole area. Staff were helpful and kind despite being very understaffed at busy times

Good location to Salisbury & the New Forest.
Bed was comfy.
Breakfast options weren't very good to choose from .
The customer service wasn't very good. No conversation etc.
We were up in the roof. My husband is 6ft 2 so difficult for him to duck the dormas. There was a fan , but glad we brought our own as it was very hot .
Only 1 chair in the room so had to sit up on the bed to watch TV.
The bathroom could do with updating/ decorating wise.
When we left , handed the keys in but there was No..how was you stay ? Have a good journey home etc . Nothing . Just thank you .
Won't go back .
