Guest Access : The property has 4 units. This is a self-contained unit with your own separate entrance therefore nothing will be shared. This means that you'll have the entire place to yourself, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Additionally, guests have access to: - The front patio at the shared entrance. - The in-unit private deck area from the living room. -Please provide a copy of your Government ID. ID Verification are required to check in. -Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial supply. -Please check the house-rules! -No smoking inside the unit. Guest are responsible trashing the cigarette buds in the outdoor bins. Please check the house rules! - No parties allowed, noise monitoring device is placed inside the unit. PET'S AND FEE: -The pet fee is $150. -There will be an additional pet fee for undisclosed pets. Please read the house rules for more details -Certain breed restrictions apply including, but not limited to, mastiff, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Doberman pinscher. Location was perfect for access to the city! The home was small but was perfect for four people. The view of the city was fantastic with a very small hike to the overlook. Contact with owner was very good and she was very kind. I will be staying here again!

Great location with good restaurants and bars nearby. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Owner was very communicative when we had an issue with checking in.

First time in Pittsburgh and we loved our stay! The house is conveniently close to downtown Pittsburgh. The neighborhood of Mount Washington has an amazing view of the city and also a good selection of restaurants to walk to. The check in and check out process for the property was easy. The apartment is clean, cute and comfortable. We will definitely be booking again!

Needed a place to stay for 1 night that we could get quickly since we waited until the last minute. Place was nice, updated and clean and Saranyaa was easy to work with. The only negative was we had 0 cell service while inside the property, but not sure if that was just us.
