After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charged upon check-out. The check- in time is 4:30 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 11 a.m. ET. Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked in underground garages. Additional vehicles must be parked outdoors or off-site. *** Pet Policy *** Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed. *** Smoking Policy *** All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites. Please note: As of February 15, 2018, the city of Dana Point became a smoke-free city, with a ban on smoking within city limits. The city ordinance prohibits all smoking in Dana Point, except in a private home or vehicle. As this resort is located within the city limits, there will not be a designated smoking area on property. We apologize for the inconvenience.
