The staff was the highlight of our stay. My sister and I only speak English and had never traveled to Colombia before so we were nervous about our stay but everyone was so accommodating and helpful during the check-in process and the entire trip. I also could not find a ton of information on the hotel beforehand so I was nervous about that but the resort was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We went in June during their slow tourism season so it was not crowded at all. There aren't a ton of guest rooms anyway so I'm sure it is not crowded even when they are full. During the day when the beach club day guests come the vibe is a lot louder and fun. In the evenings though, when the day guests leave it is very calm and quiet. The staff took us snorkeling and on bike rides around the island. They also offered to take us to other beaches or beach clubs during the day if we wanted to. If there was anything we wanted to try around the island they took us. The rooms are sort of like little bungalows and had good AC and wifi. Our room was very clean and had plenty of space. Overall we loved staying here and had so much fun!
The only thing that I could note that might be a negative for some people is the rooms don't have a great sound barrier agains the beach club outside. So during the day you can hear the music and outside guests but it did not bother us at all.

Le petit déjeuner très bon et frais
Le réseau wifi qui n’était vraiment pas terrible

The dark curtains would be great for more privacy. As well as hot water for more comfort 🥲

La ubicación y el desayuno están bien
Las instalaciones necesitan ser renovadas, mejorar la calidad de la atención por parte del personal y respecto al baño se va el agua de la cisterna por la noche y de la ducha cae muy poca agua. Además, el wifi no llega a las cabañas correctamente.
