Welcome to Mission View, a historic Spanish style charmer in Mission Canyon with striking views of Santa Barbara. The Space:
French doors lead you out to an open air terrace where you can relax by the fire or enjoy an evening meal with exceptional views of Santa Barbara, the Pacific Ocean and the Mission. The dining room is flooded with natural light centered around the beautiful arched windows. The large kitchen, connected to the dining room includes a sitting area, coffee bar, and a door to the back breakfast patio. Off the living area, you’ll find a media room and bath filled with distinctive period tile work. The outdoor space is filled with lush greenery, a variety of fruit trees — perfect for picking the freshest avocados and citrus.
Upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom, complete with a dual-facing gas fireplace and ensuite bath with striking views through the oversized window. A private balcony offers the perfect setting for your morning cup of coffee. Across the hall is a large home office with tranquil garden views.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms. To the right, an oversized bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath and ocean views. To the left, a lovely bedroom with a queen bed and a wet room style ensuite bath.
A guest casita borders one side of the property and is available for inclusion during the guest’s stay for an additional fee.
