Good location for getting into the city.
Near to a Tube stop.
Very clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant and helpful staff
The room was hot, so had to use the aircon.
Need more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.
Whilst the breakfast was good, they need to cater for other dietary requirements such as non dairy products.

This was purely a place to sleep while being in London.
This was definitely not a 4 stars stay / hotel. For one, the shower head was probably never cleaned, one of the LED lamps on the wall next to the door was barely hanging on, and the soap dispenser next to the sink was barely functional. There was only one set of towels available in the bathroom, even though we booked a twin room. We had to look for the second set that was hidden away in a random drawer in the room. The reception staff barely spoke to us at check in/out, just handed us a piece of paper and our keys and sent us on our way without explaining anything.
