Good location. Big room with comfy bed
Receptionist was not helpful when we asked about parking. Lots of homless ppl on the streets around. Would not go out myself at night.

Staff were good. Clean but basic but for the money ok. Location great for Bart. Amazing eatery Brenda’s a few doors away.
No mirror in room only bathroom. No kettle. Neighbourhood is full of junkies so felt unsafe and smelt disgusting.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds and the room as a whole were comfortable. Attached cafe was convenient with friendly saff. Ice machine in the basement was useful. Good sized room.
Parking was very expensive. Although there was a sink and a bath there were no plugs and the sink actually had the plughole altered so a plug couldn't be used. There was a power cut which was inconvenient being on the 5th floor and little communication from the staff about it, but it only took a few hours to fix. Quite noisy area, with lots of emergency sirens.
