Room was clean! We only had one robe! Concierge was excellent! Jun was very helpful! We went to the restaurant to have breakfast! The sign clearly stated that breakfast was served until 11am. We got there at 10:30 and were told they were not letting anybody else in unless you had prepaid when you made your hotel reservation. For the amount of money we paid to stay in the hotel this was very disappointing! We were told to go to the concierge and they would be able to recommend a restaurant near by! We explained to Jun what happened and he did recommend a place to go to but said it was 5 blocks away! He then got a manger for us and after 30 minutes was able to get us into the restaurant!
We had dinner in the Congo Room! Very good dinner and ambiance!
Probably won’t stay there again!

Worth every penny to stay in this classic SF hotel that happened to be a stone’s throw from a concert we attended at The Masonic. The staff are particularly attentive and helpful. Even the eye-watering cost for valet parking didn’t really sting in this neighborhood.

Awesome hotel. Incredible room. View was amazing except the widows were a bit dirty but I understand how difficult it must be to clean the windows frequently. Definitely would stay here again.
