The pictures looked a little different than the room, but honestly it was a great stay. My room was located near the shared kitchen, but it closed at 10 so no complaints about the noise. It was near great places and transport was easy to catch. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Everything was nice clean and offered amenities most take for granted, Amsterdam offers coffee, tea, in shower hair and body hygiene products, bath towel, linens and a comfortable bed I’ve watched this Hostel go through many changes and challenges over the years it’s nice to know that WE are both here as I had many challenges and changes 😩Most importantly everytime I come back I always feel welcomed Thanks 😊

The hostel is very clean and well organized. The front desk gentleman was very friendly and nice . Really appreciate his awesome hospitality. My room and bathroom were very clean and smelling good . I understand This is shared space / room but we had an Indian dude running a call center from the room pretty much. His first call was at 5:00 am and he was extremely loud and rude. He spent about 3 hours on the phone . I personally called the front desk to let them know what was going on in the room . The front desk lady refused to do anything , she pretty much told me I had to talk to this guy. This made think “ security “ is not something this place provides . All roommates and myself got a really bad night of sleep . The fact that the front desk lady didn’t want to do anything with the disrespectful guest tells me that they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Everything else was fine .
