Location was good - centrally located
Family of cats locked inside the laundry room - Seemed unhealthy.
Air conditioning units on 2nd floor protrude out (old-style units), - it is easy to hit one's head on them upon leaving the room. They should be moved or cushioned for safety.

Wonderful welcome by Steve at the front desk, he is so knowledgeable and helpful. Room was great. Stay was comfortable, we will definitely be back again!!

Jacuzzi was the perfect temperature, the full blast was soothing on my body, room was clean and wooden floor mopped. Shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
