First off, Ruben and Nancy were the absolute highlight. They made our honeymoon feel so welcoming. Both did everything to accommodate any request we had. I looked forward to seeing them both throughout the day. If I could give them both a 100/10 I would. Also Klayton at the pool bar was so great and helpful for a relaxing early afternoon.
The Palacio is beautiful, perfect location, immaculately up-kept and clean. The food is also fantastic. We had spent the first 3 days of our trip running around and needed a respite and this was the place to do it. Easy into Bilbao but don’t sleep on the surrounding area, which is lovely.
You will never regret booking a perfectly priced stay. From check in to check out it felt like our home away from home. Can’t wait to come back for another special trip!
