Posizione ottima anche rispetto alle linee metropolitane. Struttura moderna e particolarmente accogliente. Arredi nuovi, pulizia ottima, letto confortevole. Appartamento silenzioso, bene accessoriata anche con utensili da cucina, lavastoviglie, stendino, ferro e asse da stiro.

The location was amazing and the flat was generally comfortable. I also really appreciated the laundry facilities. Staff responded to a couple of issues and resolved them very quickly, which was great.
A few small changes would have really improved our level of comfort. There was a general sense that everything was being done on the cheap. We would have appreciated more than 1 kitchen towel and a few more toilet rolls (2 rolls for 3 people for 5 nights is really not enough!), and also an extra bin liner and another bin in the living room/main bedroom. There was a sign telling us to recycle but no explanation of what materials could be recycled, and the large bins in the basement were only for paper. Also, there was an AC control on the wall but no actual AC, which should be explained clearly. The fan was helpful, but there was only one in the main bedroom - nothing in the child's bedroom!
These are very simple, inexpensive improvements which would really make the place nicer.

Location
The AC was not working about which I was not informed. After, they promised to bring additional fun but did not bring. During hot weather it will be impossible to stay at. Also the building does not have luggage storage, so if you have late flight you need to take with you all your luggage.

Location is good, near Uban, near Prater, nice residential part of city.
They shoud do something about Mosqitos. There is no noskito net on the windows, wich is sad, because you literally cant open windows. Owner shoud think abou this. Also we got 2 trash bags for 6 days stay, we sent the message to owner, they said they will bring additional, but of course they did nit do that.
