About this apartment rental
New construction "carriage house" on East Gordon Lane. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage. The yard area is shared with the main house. There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).
If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.
This spot is about half a mile walking distance to Forsyth Park and River Street. It is close to the downtown grocery store (Kroger) as well as many shops and cafes.

This little apartment was great. It was in a safe neighborhood and walkable to everything. The A/C worked great on the hot Savannah days. The small porch/deck was nice to have morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Wifi was reliable. Be sure to read all of the instructions on finding the place and getting into it. We didn't and had trouble finding it.

Everything was tremendous very clean. Plenty of room. We enjoyed staying there. Very close to river street. Plenty to do. We would stay there again.!

Great place for a couple to stay. Nicely decorated and well equipped in a very convenient location. Parking a minivan in the garage was a bit of a challenge, but it was OK because we didn’t need the car since everything was close enough to walk to for the three days that we were there. We are very happy that we chose this apartment and would highly recommend it.
