Nice location and good sized room. Glad there was a fan provided and we had a back room with a decent sized window we could leave open.
The building was very warm and stuffy. We managed to cool our room down a little but only by leaving the fan going 24/7. The laundry facilities werent what we expected and we ended up needing to hang our clothing around our room to dry as the machine took 3 times the time it stated and didnt properly dry our clothes.

We enjoyed everything about the property. Although the apartment we had wasn’t big it was enough for a weekly stay. The location is wonderful!! Close by to a subway station (we usually walked to the High Street Kensington Station – it was a nice 15minute morning walk). Moreover, bus stops, Holland park with Kyoto gardens, groceries and an English pub were really close as well.

Good location, clean and nice!
Just as a warning, if you struggle to sleep in the heat this might not be the stay for you. Loved the accom however, it was hotter than a sauna in our room, even sleeping with the back door and window wide open all night, it didn't help too much. The check in process can be really painful as it is all online and you need wifi to access everything.

It was nice decorated, and it’s very independent you manage every thing from your phone no need to check in or check out.
There is no ac and it is not possible to open the windows more than 10cm. The heat was imposible. They give me a fan and another one when I requested but without fresh air from the street it’s imposible to stay in without sweating. I didn’t enjoy the hours I spend in the room when I was not sleeping. The hotel was at least 10 degrees more than the outside literally like an oven. Maybe in winter it’s nice but my experience in summer it wasn’t.
