We were disappointed that our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 4 PM. Parking was extremely difficult and we were delayed in using the amenities because of both of these factors. We booked 2 fire pits with s’mores and when we arrived at the fire pits, only one was available. The gentleman lighting the fires, however, provided excellent service and was very kind. I was pleased that the front desk comped our parking and resort fees, and refunded the one fire pit that we were not able to use. The rooms were clean and decent however, the bathtubs were damaged and felt rundown. Despite all of this, we enjoyed our time there. Beautiful views and lovely breakfast at the on-site restaurant. We wished it was a bit nicer for the price and felt the management was lacking.
