All the staff very nice,help us plan and arrange airport drop off too,the bed and pillow is soft although room not too big but it's in Hanoi so I'm not complaining...

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel is very conveniently located in the old quarter, staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous, every one of them. Kate (the lady in charge I think) was incredible. We will stay there again.
