Size and cleanliness.
It was late and we were tired. It was dark and we did not realize you have to touch the pad to light up the numbers. I had to call the youtube video phone number to get assistance with outer door code and interior code. It was very stressful standing outside with all of our luggage.

Great location with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. There are 2 bakeries very close! Conveniently close to the train station as well.
One of the neighbors was very noisy. Coming and leaving throughout the night and morning (every 2-3 hrs). Talking loudly, walking loudly, and slamming the doors. Not the properties fault, just an annoying/bad neighbor.

駅も近く、有料駐車場も隣
隣の部屋の鍵が開いてしまい、自分達の部屋も開いてしまうのか？と心配になった
宿の管理ではなく、宿泊者の管理の問題かも？
駐車場は一泊で7000円程度
場所が場所だけに仕方ない
