The new owners have done a great job with the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. The spacious room was dark enough to sleep in and the a/c worked great. The resort was clean. The pool had a fantastic temperature. It looks like they upgraded the pool area with new umbrellas and seating. It was easy to meet people. Nate at the front desk was great.
For a resort charging high end prices, customer service is not five stars. I was woken up out of a deep sleep by housekeeping at 830 am as he knocked loudly and began entering the room. Put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign if you stay here. I wish I had. I arrived an hour early for check in on a very slow day (Tuesday) and was made to wait the hour. I was told they would text me when the room was ready but at 3, with no text, I went to the front desk and sure enough there was a room. Breakfast is bananas and a small selection of packaged store bought pastries.

Overpriced. The bed needs a new mattress and the shower needs maintenance. There’s a nice new veneer on the property since new ownership took over, but the infrastructure needs major updates before charging five star rates.

This is by far our favorite gay hotel in Palm Springs, the vibe is amazing, the place is beautiful, the staff is so friendly, I love it!
I would probably just recommend to get bigger A/C units for the rooms, it can take a while to cool down specially in the summer

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpfull.
The garden, in front my Room was very well maintained and beautifully planted,
The whole complex has been alterated. The second pool has been removed and replaced with labyrint cruising Facility - In This Part the Garden was in a miserable condition. The only Left pool is very small for the number of rooms. The sunbeds around the Polio have no cushions. The Main door from the street to the garden (incl the lock ) are of a poor condition. In the room is no safety box installed.
