Wie haben uns in der Old Library Lodge sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, Zutaten für ein Frühstück vorhanden und vieles darüber hinaus. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr nett, persönlich und informativ. Der Ort ist eine Oase und definitiv einen - auch längeren - Aufenthalt wert.

Die Lodge liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Killaloe und ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Badeausflüge. Die Vermieterin Maria ist reizend und hat uns mit einigen Vorschlägen für Restaurants und Wanderungen versehen. Sie Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Selbstversorgung kein Problem, ein kleiner Laden für Einkäufe ist in Killaloe, ein größerer im 15 min. Fahrt gelegenen Wilno. Die Lodge ist süß eingerichtet und heimelig, wir haben perfekt geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super sauber ist es auch.
