The size and design of the room is wonderful. We stayed in the Macnair Suite which looked out on to the park - large windows with lots of sunshine coming. The room was equipped with a kitchenette - coffee machine and coffee pods, cereal, bread, butter and milk. There is an oven but no hob - I guess this is designed to cope with take aways - a good fridge and dishwasher was installed. There are so many great restaurants in the area that we didn't use it, but good to know.
The bed linen and towels were of very high quality and soap, body lotion, shampoo all provided. Good wardrobe to hang clothes.
We managed to park across the road - and it was free because it was the weekend.
We were disturbed by late comers on our second night who arrived back at 3am. It seems their bathroom backed on to our kitchen and we could hear them quite clearly in our room. Their fan going on and off etc, coughing and talking which was disappointing.

Very nice building, beautiful furniture. The bunk bed was fantastic for our kids. The location was good too, with a view of the park, 5 minutes walk to the tram station.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. We were in the attic suite and the views over the park from the table were wonderful. We loved the location, Leith is great and the tram is very handy!
We found the stairs fine and quite enjoyed the walk through the grand house, but I wouldn't book it if you have mobility issues!

An amazing stay. So much detail ensuring comfort while staying in the quaint suburb of Leith.The goodies left by the host were amazing. The entire stay was so good. Even the QR codes on how to work the appliances. Brilliant .Nice lines nice towels nice toiletries. So many extras that were noticed and appreciated.We were able to check in early.
