Everything, full of charm, luxurious and very cleverly laid out to incorporate everything you need. The host provided fresh bread and lots of essential supplies, the kitchen area although small is very well equipped and the views out over the park whilst sitting at the table or laying in the main bed were fantastic.
Nothing although if you don’t like stairs be sure to contact the very helpful host to arrange accommodation in one of the lower lever suites.

Beautiful historic accommodation overlooking a large park with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchenette and located in a quiet neighborhood with good public transportation to the city center. Pay & display parking available on the street (free evenings and Friday evening until Monday morning). Short walk to a grocery store, pubs and restaurants. A very relaxing place to stay if you want to enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer and also avoid the city center crowds that can be overwhelming. We appreciated the bread, cookies, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and butter left for us by the hosts. We also appreciated the ability to use their laundry facilities and the self-help cabinet for refills.

Absolutely stunning suite! So so beautiful, well equipped, fantastic location, lovely communication from Erika and the team. We were so pleased and are eager to return!
So so minor but just having an iron and ironing board in the unit would have helped us a ton. We are both frequent ironers and so were back and forth to the laundry room a handful of times.

Gorgeous accommodation and the little breakfast hamper is such a thoughtful touch. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The bathroom is also wonderful (the shower is more like a waterfall - gorgeous!)
Personally, I found the pillows a bit too bulky and hard, but I know that’s a subjective opinion!
