About this bed and breakfast
Beautiful self contained private guest house located on shore of Lake Chapin, with two bedrooms and one bath. Lake Chapin is an all sports lake with good fishing, bring the boat and water toys or forget bringing anything and enjoy the lakeside firepit, Paddle boats and kayaks that are provided. The home is located close to amenities, but has the feel of up north seclusion. Fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, grill. Hidden Vineyard Wedding Barn is only 3.8 miles away. If you have a larger party and need more accommodations, please message us, as we can accommodate a larger group, so you can all stay together for the wedding venue's. Close to Andrews University, Notre Dame, LMC, SMC,Berrien County Youth Fair Grounds, Wineries, Breweries, Casinos, Wedding venues and more.

It was such a lovely location, very clean and close enough to civilization to have access to anything we could want, but far enough away to help us feel relaxed. My only suggestion would be to bring your own natural fiber sheets if you don’t enjoy sleeping on polyester

Pictures do no justice to the actual home. It is attached to the main house, however, it was not an issue.Beautiful setting, a little remote, which we love.Stores within 10 minutes.Definitely plan on returning again.

Accommodations were perfect for our wedding guests. They loved the amenities, the view, and easy location to The Morris Estate. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and washer/dryer as plus!

We were very pleased with the remote location and proximity to the water! The hosts were very accessible and helpful when we needed a few minor questions answered. We understood thru the listing that this ‘Cabin’ was attached to a main home/dwelling so we were anticipating shared walls- no problem there at all! We were not happy with the cleanliness of the kitchen and main living area. Refrigerator and freezer were crumb and fingerprint ridden. Crumbs also all over the main hardwoods in the kitchen/main living. It just didn’t feel like it had been deep cleaned for a vacation rental, it seemed more like we were staying at our family’s home and they had cleaned out the bedroom for us, but hadn’t really thoroughly cleaned or sanitized for renters who were not family. All of the switches for the lights and remotes need a wipe down after every rental- could see/feel grime on both. Bedrooms were better.
