Summary:
We are the perfect home to host you. With a fully stocked kitchen, pantry and lots of bedrooms and space this is the getaway you've been searching for. Large outdoor area with a large deck for dining, yoga and entertaining, large pool and spa, multiple lounge and play areas including bocce ball and cornhole. The pool is solar-heated during the summer. November to April, pool heating is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The pool can be heated from Memorial Day-Labor Day (only) for an added daily fee. The hot tub is heated year-round.

No amplified outdoor music anytime
Quiet hours 10pm-7am
No events, weddings
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our team is available around the clock via phone/call/or text should you need any assistance. We do have local team members who can help on site if need be, and will do our best to accommodate.

We had a fantastic stay at the Trinity property. The house has a perfect layout, and the mountain views are absolutely amazing—you truly feel like you are living in nature. Our favorite routine was exploring the local region for wine tasting during the day, and coming back to unwind with champagne in the jacuzzi on the pool deck at night. It was the perfect way to end each day. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our favorite family getaway and Napa Valley home. The views are amazing. The hot tub is perfect after some wine tastings. Kitchen fully stocked and then some…Super clean!

We loved the house - very well appointed kitchen, CLEAN, comfortable beds and view to die for! The pool was wonderful and clean and we enjoyed a wonderful BBQ on the deck. We were a party of six enjoying a milestone birthday weekend. It's a pretty steep and windy road up to the house, but totally worth it - just plan for a driver for wine tasting. Would absolutely stay again - highly recommend, and I have pretty high standards as a VRBO owner myself.
