I had an amazing experience staying at Sarzamin. The hosts, Temur and Mohinur, are both very nice. They made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. I booked a trip to the desert fortresses from here and it went seamlessly.
The location is pretty nice. It's 7-8 minutes walk from the west gate of Ichan Kala, in a quiet neighborhood.
The atmosphere here is great for meeting fellow travelers and socializing after a long day.
If you are staying in Khiva for a few days, I'll definitely recommend Sarzamin.

Timur and Mia are exceptional hosts. Very laid back, but responsive and caring.
Beds are comfortable, washrooms clean, and a good breakfast provided. They will organize reasonably-priced tours. The location is great for access to Itchan Kala

La gentillesse de l'accueil, la salle commune agréable avec eau fraîche et eau chaude à volonté, la possibilité de manger sur place, la proximité de la partie touristique

Very cozy and the staff were super friendly. Only 20 mins away from the centre by walk.
