The hotel was exactly as I expected, perfectly matching the photos (which is definitely not something you can take for granted). We absolutely loved it, and the staff was incredibly kind. They made us delicious smoothies and were truly welcoming to our children as well. We will definitely be back!

Incredible find… we were only staying for 1 night but extended for an extra night as we loved it. Already booking our return for a longer duration next year. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough for us and breakfast was 10/10
All was perfect

Had an amazing stay at Asiri villa. Stayed for 5 nights. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job. Staff was very friendly and took time to answer all questions. Also breakfast was very good 👍🏾. 10/10 for this accommodation! They even gave special attention to the birthday of my wife. When in Sri Lanka we would definitely stay again. Thanks Podi, Suda and Indica!

The villa is new and its exterior is beautiful. The location is okay—a few minutes with a tuk-tuk to Hiriketiya. It's mostly calm at night.
- No daily cleaning. We stayed for three nights and asked to have our room cleaned on the second, as there was already sand in the room and on the terrace. The receptionist was surprised by the request but eventually agreed.
- No drying rack. We needed to get creative with wet beach and shower towels as there was no place to hang them to dry.
- Common areas (staircase, breakfast room) are super dirty.
- Strange noises in the Villa during the night. It sounded like a washing machine/drying machine was working super loudly all night, every night.
- Unprofessional staff. There is a common area with a couch and a TV. One day, as we were resting in our room (right next to the TV area), the receptionist was watching a movie there at what seemed like maximum volume. There is no soundproofing, so we felt like we were sitting in the cinema.
The price for the Villa is quite high, so we expected something better. We stayed in homestays during the trip that were four times cheaper and offered better value for money.
