It was a beautiful property and great scenery
The property was a perfect get away

Location and the space but the furniture are terribly outdated. For the amount paid I thought there will be more modern updated style. But overall I paid for the space and that is what I enjoyed.
The cabinets and shower

The location was great. Close to pool.
Too small for table and chairs in the room.

I didn't know that I was supposed to get breakfast. Given how many emails I got from you, I thought you'd mention something like that.
Numerous emails trying to sell us additional things.
High fee for late checkout
Unhelpful AI assistant when I called for help cleaning up a broken glass
Parking was farther away than I expected
I thought we'd be able to order food at the pool
Bed was not comfortable. Pillows were too thick. I used the extra pillows from the armoire but they didn't have pillow cases.
One door to the armoire was broken
