Das Apartment bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste, für 2 Pärchen war es ideal. Es hat zwei große Schlafzimmer jedes mit eigenem Bad und noch ein separates Dach-Schlaffzimmer und noch ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche unten. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, es gibt Backofen und Spülmaschine, genug Töpfe und Paffen und Schneidebretter, jedoch fehlten unserer Meinung nach die Küchenhandtücher und eine Teekanne, um die lokalen Teesorten, die man auf den Tee-Plantagen gekauft hat, in der Unterkunft genießen zu können. Es war alles sauber und wir hatten auch den Staubsauger und den Bodenwischer da. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten die Wäsche nach einem Strandtag zu trocknen, im Freien auf der Terrasse und auch überdacht. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß, beim guten Wetter machbar. Es war sehr schön dort!
Die Kommunikation mit dem "Vermieter" ist nicht so gut. Wir hatten den Eindruck dass wir mit einem Chatbot kommunizieren. Man kann nicht anrufen. Es gab z.B in der Unterkunft keine Anweisung zur Müllentsorgung, erst nachdem wir nachgefragt haben kam per WhatsApp eine standardisierte Antwort. Auch mit der Gepäckaufbewahrung am Tag der Anreise wurde uns nicht wirklich geholfen. Es wurden uns Links gesendet die aber keine Dienste am Samstag anbieten und das haben wir bereits in der Nachricht so geschrieben. Auch gab es Schwierigkeiten mit der Alarmanlage, wir haben zusätzlich zu der Nachricht ein Video gesendet, aber zurück kam wieder eine Standartantwort, man konnte erkennen, dass das Video nicht angesehen wurde.

Dom do pełnej dyspozycji, byliśmy w dwie pary. Z powodzeniem zmieści się 6 osób. Na gorze dwie sypialnie i jedna lazienka, na dole sypilania z lazienka i salon z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia z przygotowanym zestawem startowym m.in kapsułki do expresu, oliwa w saszetkach, sol, pieprz. Do dyspozycji pralka i zmywarka z kapsułkami.
Okolica mało atrakcyjna ale blisko do centrum i portu, obok sklepik ale mały wybór i dość drogo.

The house is beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. It has three lovely bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, and two wonderful terraces. One of our favourite moments was enjoying the view of the ocean from the upstairs terrace. Everything was spotless, tastefully arranged, and made us feel at home from the very first day.
The location is excellent. There is a grocery store just 50 metres from the house, which was very convenient for our daily shopping. Within a short walk, you’ll also find Bazar Azores, a large store where you can buy everything from clothes and shoes to home accessories and many other useful items.
The neighbourhood is peaceful, safe, and very clean. Even though the house is close to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to relax after long days exploring the island.
This accommodation was the perfect base for discovering São Miguel. We truly appreciated the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere, and we highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Azores.

Molto spaziosa, 3 bagni, 2 terrazze, tutto bene arredato e attrezzato. Ampia cucina dotata di tutto l'occorrente, lavanderia con lavatrice e stendino, due camere con bagno privato, tutto ristrutturato da poco. Assolutamente adatta per una famiglia numerosa. Si trova nella zona periferica di Ponta Delgada, un pò scomoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi ma comodissima per parcheggiare (un sacco di parcheggio gratis in zona, poco oltre sarebbe tutto a pagamento), e comoda all'imbocco della "superstrada" principale da cui si può partire con un'auto a noleggio per visitare tutta l'isola.
Si trova in una zona leggermente periferica di Ponta Delgada, molto vicina all'aeroporto, e si sente un pò il rumore degli aerei in fase di decollo e atterraggio. Per fortuna comunque il numero di voli da questo aeroporto è limitato quindi la cosa non è gran che fastidiosa...
