excellent for families. So much to do! I loved the animators and the pools. The beach was really close and nice. I loved the food too. It was a bit expensive but I am happy to pay for great service

I liked the always happy and smiling entertainers, who did their best with the kids on sight, always calling everyone to every group activity. I liked the fact that you can choose out of 2 or 3 places to have dinner inside the resort (we booked all inclusive package). The shows they put on every evening are so much fun for both kids but also for the grownups.
We had an issue with the payment because of different currencies - the one from my country vs the local currency (eur), so I ended up paying way more than I previously knew about, but the staff took their time and resolved everything with the bank, so in the end everything was right. That I am thankful for!
The staff is so much fun, especially the entertainers, they speak like 5 languages and say the same info in all of those! Cool!
It was a bit crowded, especially in the kids pool area, but everyone got to swim because the hotel has 3 larger pools that you could choose of.

Really nice and friendly staff. Especially one of the receptionists and the lady that does the a la carte bookings. She gave us a free dinner at the a la carte restaurant, after our feedback which was really friendly.
The beds were absolutely horrible. Too hard and not comfy. The cleaning was not great in the room. Do not understand why we needed to do the dishes ourselves. The aircon was not working that great and really slow to cool down the sleeping room. The food in the restaurant was great for the kids but not nice for the adults. I was missing healthier options for lunch and better quality in general.
