Our group of 10 loved this place. It was beautiful inside and out and was in a great location. We had to pay to heat the hot tub every time (165?) which was our only complaint. Kitchen is very well equipped and everyone loves their bedrooms. Ali stunning mountain and palm views. We would happily return.

The house was in an ideal location for us (close to grocery, coffee house, walking) is all on one level and nicely laid out giving people various options for hanging out and yet handles a large group collectively. Owner has the AC capped at 73 in our room (72 throughout the house otherwise) which made sleeping (2 queen room) warmer than ideal. The kitchen refrigerator leaks. I think one of the more off putting things, (and there weren't that many really) was the 'less than welcoming vibe' you sense. It didn't really scream have a great time. The number of signs saying ABSOLUTELY NO OUTDOOR MUSIC borders on comical. It actually became the running joke of the weekend. We get it...
