The light-filled open floor plan flows seamlessly through the living, dining, and chef’s kitchen, showcasing refined finishes, a hidden walk-in pantry, and a discreet laundry room that keeps the space feeling polished and uncluttered. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a calm, luxurious atmosphere ideal for both relaxing and entertaining.
Outside, breathtaking mountain views frame two inviting firepits—one in the gated front courtyard and another in the backyard—setting the stage for memorable evenings under the desert sky. Lush landscaping and multiple lounge areas create a true resort-style experience.
Located just steps from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll enjoy exceptional walkability to restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, all while returning home to a peaceful, private oasis that captures the very best of desert elegance.
Pool heat is an additional charge of $75 per day. There is no charge for spa heat. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
