Ik was heel tevreden over de aankleding, uitrusting en het uitzicht van het appartement.

Het uitzicht en de uitrusting van het appartement.

In de omschrijving stond dat de afstand tot de metro klein was. Ik vind 20 minuten lopen best wel lang. De bushalte naar het centrum, was ca 7 minuten lopen, Maar de totale duur van de reis naar het centrum viel me tegen: 35-50 minuten, afhankelijk van de bestemming in de stad. Ik raad iedereen aan een fiets te huren voor de tijd van het verblijf in het appartement. De verbinding naar het centrum is dan heel goed.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

De Ligging was perfect, het uitzicht vanaf het terras bijzonder mooi.

In principe alles, de prijs kwaliteit was keurig in orde. Sommige elementen zijn wat verouderd maar functioneren nog goed

Excellent accommodation close to all attractions and eateries.

Close to a host of restaurants, supermarkets, attractions. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen and lounge area were pleasant.

Instructions to exit the room were a bit vague and had us second-guessing how to get out for a short time, but otherwise room was as advertised and very usable

Location, location , location.

The magnificent location and the tranquility of the area is excellent. The combination of these factors made this travel experience unforgettable.

The managers could have given us access to more sheets and towels so we could change more frequently.

Pleasant

The apartment is quite spacious and it's comfortable to have a dinner in the living room or the balcony in the end of the day

The property is actually much more weary that it seems on the photos. We had to remove a secondary bedsheet as it felt like plastic and pillows were like wooden. The dishes were dirty and we had to clean those before use.

the house is located near the railway, the noise of trains is heard. The apartment is in a worn out condition. Furniture and Plumbing needs renovation. The washing machine did not work unfortunately no reaction from the owners. Ants live ants, you can not leave food on the table.

Nice for this price, but not ideal

The location is good. I was in Valencia 4 times and this area is really great: 20min by bike to the city center and 15 min to the beach. Some commenters write about noise from trains but I can't say it's a problem. Maybe you will hear it, but it's not so noisy as some streets with bars. So, the noise level is ok. The terrace was awesome to drink coffee and chill.

The key pick-up was a challenge. I received an address and the link to the video with instructions. First of all, pickup location was 3km from the apartments and it's unacceptable! Also, the host hasn't mentioned that video instruction was about general usage of the locker and I tried to find buildings I saw on the video. After 15 minutes I realized where was the locker. It's a negative experience and the host must think about the comfort of the travelers. Big minus. The apartment isn't new and some furniture is broken. For example, the led lamp on the ceiling in the kitchen was installed in the wrong way and each time I opened doors to take a dish I hit this led lamp. The same with a bath door. I guess the toilet bowl was hit one time, so now it's reconstructed from broken pieces like a puzzle ;))

An apartment with great potential but not quite there yet

We liked how big the living area and kitchen are and how prompt to reply our hosts were (before and during our stay). Location is great for going to the Oceanogrfic on foot, but if you have a small or medium car, it's recommended to use the parking spot that goes with the apartment (15 eu/day fee). It turned out the area is not that safe - our car got broken into while parked in front of the building on the first day. Good internet. The apartment has great potential but right now, we wouldn't return.

Firstly, we had to collect the keys from a lock-box that was 2.5 km away from the property itself. Then, we had only one set of keys. The host sent us some instructions how to enter the apartment through an app with a secure code - which only made us feel unsafe because technically, anyone with the code could enter and there's nothing we could do. The sofa was quite dirty. The water controls in the shower and in the bath were broken - there was plenty of hot water but it was impossible to take a cold shower because of the broken water controls on the shower itself (the water was always hot). The beds are very old and uncomfortable. There is a central AC system - but it blows cold air right on your head when you lie in bed that could give you a headache. Furthermore, you cannot control the temperature in different rooms independently which is inconvenient when different people in different rooms have different preference about the temperature.

Good location

Location was good and lots of free public parking spaces were available near site.

First of all the lifts of the property were suffocated and apartment was smelling like it was empty for a long time. Due to some electrical problem electric supply was broken down again and again and then finally we had got the issue that the hot water boiler was leaking. We checked out one night before because electrician said we can’t fix it immediately and therefore you can’t have hot water at all. The Host promised to reimburse our last night rent but it was very difficult to get refund my deposit and reimbursement money. I have got full refund of deposit but they didn’t refund me full night reimbursement as they promised. We’d check out at 23:30 and hardly found another apartment. I never book again any apartment related with this company in the future.

Good stay and enjoyable.

The property is in a great location once your focus is to go the Oceangraphic and science museums. There are stores and a mall close by. The apartment is a very good size and was very comfortable, great bathrooms and the kitchen is big enough.

It wasnt as easy to get to the other parts of Valencia, that is the Old town area and Mestalla stadium.
