A teal accent wall frames the large flat-screen TV, a wide gray sectional sofa and ottoman anchor the room, and a pair of vibrant pink accent chairs and a colorful retro arc lamp give the space an unmistakably Palm Springs personality. The dining table with white modern chairs and a crystal chandelier overhead bridges the living room and kitchen, with French doors leading straight to the pool.



KITCHEN

The large, fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners, featuring a stainless French door refrigerator with ice and water, a gas range with wall-mounted hood, microwave, and dishwasher. A rolling stainless prep cart and a white waterfall island with velvet blue bar stools add both function and style. A standard drip coffee maker is on hand to start every morning right. Please note: laundry detergent is not provided and guests should bring their own.

The heated private pool (additional fee for heating) and adjacent hot tub are the crown jewels of the backyard, lit beautifully at night and open year-round. Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee and must be requested in advance. Around the front of the home, a private walled courtyard with a mosaic fire pit table and a pair of Acapulco chairs creates a second intimate outdoor space perfect for stargazing evenings.



LAUNDRY & EXTRAS

A washer and dryer are available in the garage. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels are stored in the hallway closet. An iron and ironing board are available. Please note: laundry detergent is not provided.
