A funky house, this is our home, please be nice to her, huge lot 2 miles from PS Strip. Close to restaurants, bars, shops. 25 mins to Coachella Fest.

Only 6 guests at the allowed overnight, 10 during the day. 3 cars allowed at ALL times. This is very important as we do not want a citation ticket.
The space
Beautiful Mountain Views, peaceful setting. Great location, convenient to Palm Springs strip and grocery stores, freeway and tramway. 25 mins from Coachella.
Lots of outside seating areas.
This is our home. Please treat it nicely. No closet space, there is a clothes rail if needed. Please note that this is not an empty vacation home. We just love to share our home. Ping Pong, Basket ball

Entire Home, you get the entire home to yourselves for 6 guests ONLY and 3 cars ONLY at the property at all times, we are not here when you are here. We just want you to enjoy our home as much as we do. Private pool, not heated (WE DO NOT HAVE A POOL HEATER) and large yard with a new Outdoor Area with gas grill, pizza oven and seating area.
Other things to note
This is our home, and its such a great place, that's why we like to share it, so be nice to her and treat her well. This is not a 5 star hotel, we live here most of the year and have our belongings here and clothes in the closets. But its a great place to come and relax and enjoy. We have just completed (October 2022) a beautiful outdoor bbq/pizza oven area with a large bar, outdoor TV and seating area around a built in firepit. We have patio heaters and lighting. Please remember to keep the noise to a minimum outside and to be respectful to our neighbors.
Please note our pool DOES NOT HAVE A HEATER. But there are lots of hotels close by for winter swimming. Also, the City of Palm Springs will not allow ANY AMPLIFIED MUSIC OUTSIDE. If we get a complaint from the city due to a neighbor calling regarding LOUD MUSIC or really LOUD & CRAZY outdoors. We will have to ask you to leave the property immediately with no refund. We need to express how important it is to be respectful of our neighbors. And you will get a $500 citation, and we will get a strike against our property. Thank you
