Designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, the expansive pocket windows open the living room completely to the backyard, creating a seamless transition to your own private oasis. Spend your days lounging beside the sparkling pool, unwinding in the spa, or simply taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Prepare your favorite meals on the outdoor grill and gather around the outdoor fireplace in the evening as the desert sky fills with stars.
Inside, the spacious open-concept layout provides plenty of room to relax, entertain, and reconnect. Each bedroom offers its own private bathroom, giving everyone in your group comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Please note that while the home features an indoor fireplace, it is not available for guest use.
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to respect Palm Springs vacation rental regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, and pets are not permitted on the property.
Whether you're planning a relaxing vacation by the pool, a golf getaway, or a memorable trip with family and friends, this Palm Springs home offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and spectacular outdoor living. We look forward to welcoming you and helping make your desert escape one to remember.
Pool heat is an additional charge of $75 per day. There is no charge for spa heat. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.
