Welcome to Peaks and Palms, a modern four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home in Palm Springs built around one idea: bring the Views inside and bring the inside out. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls disappear into the wall, opening the great room directly onto the pool deck with the San Jacinto range rising behind it. No power lines, no obstructions, just Peaks and Palms in every direction.

THE LAYOUT
The home sleeps up to 8 in four bedrooms on a single level.

Primary suite: king bed, mountain and pool view through a wall of glass, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and a spa-style en suite with a glass-enclosed steam shower, freestanding soaking tub, dual floating vanity, and a private outdoor shower.
Guest suite 2: king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower, sliding door to the side yard.
Guest suite 3: king bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower, sliding door to the side yard.
Bedroom 4 / media room: sectional sofa bed, wall-mounted TV, sliding door to a small patio with outdoor seating.
Powder room off the main living area for guests.
Every bedroom has a ceiling fan, blackout roller shades, TV's and quality white linens and towels.

LIVING & DINING
The open-plan great room combines living, dining, and kitchen under one ceiling. A large leather sectional faces a linear fireplace and big-screen TV; a round dining table seats eight; and a long quartz island seats five more. A wet bar with a wine fridge and ice maker sits beside the sliding doors so drinks are steps from the pool. Colorful original art and playful wallpapers throughout.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped for cooking real meals: professional-style six-burner gas range and oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware, dishes, and glassware for a full house.

OUTDOORS
Private pool with an in-water tanning shelf and two submerged loungers

Peaks and Palms sits on a quiet residential street in south Palm Springs, a short drive to downtown's restaurants, shops, and Thursday night VillageFest, and about 15 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. The Indian Canyons hiking trails, golf courses, and the Ace Hotel and Saguaro pool scenes are all minutes away.

HOUSE NOTES

No parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and we ask guests to keep outdoor noise low after 10 pm per city ordinance.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
Pool and spa heating is available on request for an additional fee; please ask before booking.
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Check-in 3 pm, check-out 10 am.
