Breakfast was good, location was in a nice, quiet area with a short walk to a bus stop. Room had everything we needed with a lovely comfy bed and Olga kept us stocked up with tea and coffee. Nice, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
No place is perfect and I couldn't really fault anything. If I wanted to be picky maybe a traditional breakfast menu and not having to wear the shoe protectors for the hall but I would still stay there again without these.

The hosts James and Olga were exceptional. The room itself, bathroom and breakfast room all were clean and facilitated well. James and Olga could not do enough for us and made our engagement feel very special. We recommend Georgian House Boutique B&B to everyone and we will be back!

Hosts are lovely and friendly. Olga’s breakfast is amazing!! Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The local Italian restaurant is fantastic!
It was really cold in Edinburgh and the room was subsequently too chilly. We could’ve done with an extra blanket, please, and a hotter radiator.
