What a fabulous hotel! We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Manoir Victoria. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable and perfectly located for exploring Old Quebec. We were travelling with our five-year-old son, and the location couldn’t have been better for heading out on foot each day.
Our room was fantastic, with a gorgeous bathroom and some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in! The hotel has a lovely sense of grandeur, from the bright, immaculate reception area to the beautiful staircase leading up to it. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the valet parking service was seamless. Every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly and helpful. We’ve absolutely fallen in love with French Canadian hospitality!
But the real highlight was the incredible pool and spa area. What a beautifully designed space! The sauna was quite possibly the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen, the pool area was stunning, and even the cold plunge pool was aesthetically fabulous. The changing rooms were immaculate and beautifully finished too. I loved the whole space so much I ended up taking loads of photographs and videos!
Even better, our five-year-old was welcome to enjoy the facilities with us, which made such a difference. He absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. For much of our time there, we practically had the entire spa area to ourselves. What a treat!
Everything about this hotel felt thoughtfully considered, beautifully maintained and genuinely welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat.
Well done, Hotel Manoir Victoria. You’ve really got it together, and it shows!
Absolutely nothing! We couldn’t fault our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were exceptional and the staff were wonderful throughout.

Hôtel Manoir Victoria offers a pleasant stay with nice historic charm and traditional flair. The real highlight of the hotel is its location, which is ideal for exploring Old Québec entirely on foot. While there is certainly room for minor modernizations, the classic atmosphere and prime walking access to nearby sights, dining, and shops make it a solid, convenient choice for visiting the city.
The mandatory valet parking is quite expensive with no self-parking option, and breakfast was disappointing due to a limited buffet selection and slow, unmindful service.
