Great accommodation. Fantastic location. Very large room, Clean and well laid out. Comfortable bed. Effective air con. Enjoyed or stay. Sorta expensive but enjoyed our stay.
Raised some minor issues with the manager. Very responsive, but shouldn't happen at accommodation costing this much.

We love this hotel and have stayed here previously. The location is amazing and the rooms are beautiful. Excellent bathrooms as well. We love the history and we'll stay here anytime we come to Quebec.
The only thing we did not love was the sofa bed, which was not all that comfortable as is true of most sofa beds! Not a game changer though. Everything else is just so great.

I loved the location and the lift for luggage
No staff after a certain time and the air conditioner didn’t work so they taped a window vented one to the window.
We arrived at 10:50pm and there was supposed to be someone there until 11pm. The key locks didn’t work and spent a hot and tired 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to figure it out
