Location was wonderful for being immersed in Old Quebec, walking right out to restaurants and the boardwalk, and a stones throw from the Chateau Frontenac. Staff was lovely and welcoming. Our dog was welcomed and the overall stay was wonderful.
It’s a minor complaint, but the location and set up of the toilet area is quite compact, but understand making use of an old building set up and maximizing the space utilization. More of a nicety than a dislike.

The location is in the core of old town and in walking distance of most attractions. The bed was extremely comfortable and air conditioning kept the loft suite on 3rd floor nice and cool. The owner made sure I could easily access my room despite a very late arrival ( after midnight) due to flight changes.

I’m not sure I could’ve found a better more authentic place to stay if I’d spent hours researching. You’re right in the center of the old city walkable to just about every notable location dozens of cafes and dozens more restaurants of great quality around every corner and the staff is great the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and eclectic. You’re can’t go wrong if you’re looking to spend time out of the hotel in Quebec City. If you’re trying to do work in the room it’ll do but it’s not an office it’s a really pleasant boutique feeling hotel at a great price!
If you cannot handle stairs this place is not for you. I can so this is not a problem for me. No other negatives to speak of.
