Great location and hotel very clean
Need to get used to hotel entrance lobby via lift and then walkway corridor and another lift to your room

They went above and beyond to make our 10 year anniversary special with champagne in our room and extra efforts throughout our stay!
Just the two elevators to get up to rooms takes a little bit longer because you have to get off and change elevators… but that is nitpicking because the hotel is amazing

Our room was particularly confortable.
Service was above all below our expectations. A lot of left overs by the pool, the transportation was unavailable, specially for the return from Bocceli concert. Considering there were a good number of guests that attended this event, there should have been from the hotel de availabilty of transportation in and out
