We were not told about breakfast.
Location was good.
Room wasn’t clean
No one informed us about the stairs to the apartment when we booked - if we had brought the 4 th family member we would have had a big problem.

Breakfast was more costly than we wanted to pay. We ate outside your hotel. We really liked the location and the room accommodations.
We had a poor reception at your dining room. After picking up a menu to review we went to the restaurant for dinner only to learn no reservation could be made until 8:30. We felt your manager could have mention this when the menu was retrieved. We also found him a little rude with his explanation. We did not have dinner there. Also you may want to consider installation of a grab bar in the shower. One would provide a safer space especially for your senior patrons.

Hard to take car there as roads are one way and lots of slow traffic around the location
