The location is good, staff was very friendly.
Our room was not cleaned on the second day even after we had put the sign to make up room. Only after returning in the afternoon and asking them to do it was done then.

The room was very clean. The lobby offered a nice hangout area with a coffee bar and wine bar (at your own cost). It is one block from the busy section of Old Quebec, and walking distance to the Plains of Abraham.
Essentials missing (I.e. q-tips, you only received one mini hand soap)

Super comfortable and clean! Very close to historical sites.
Nothing. Everything was great.

Close to historical sights and restaurants.
Tired, worn, dark room, awkward layout. Stingy bathroom amenities. Difficult to get around the hotel.
