This hotel is in the perfect location, close to all the must see places in Quebec City. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times were excellent. The included breakfast is great, with many options. I would stay there again.
The bathroom was a little small but had everything you need and the extra space in the room itself was appreciated.

The location...
The decor at front and dinning hall. Coffee at reception..
Lady Lilou.. Her way of attending guests.. Lady who do the rooms was a smiling charm.
The staff was too reserve at breakfast and counter except Lilou..
The sink was semi blocked, washroom door lock was not in order.. I stayed 3 nights under same condition.. I didn't ask anyone to help because of too reserve behaviors..
It needs a proper renovation.. Old looks are ok but uneven floor is not...
Breakfast was compromised type.. Nothing salty all sweet except boiled eggs..
Bedroom slippers to be added as long as there are wooden floors.. our slippers noise.
