Breve y muy satisfactoria

El personal muy atento y preparado, nos enviaron un correo avisando que la habitación estaba lista a las 11:00 de la mañana, excelente! Por supuesto que pudimos dejar el equipaje en custodia durante el día, después del check-out

Fantastic stay in downtown Toronto

Amazing breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Andy, was fantastic. Rooms spotlessly cleaned every day - thank you Joan. Very close to College Subway. Would highly recommend.

It is not worth the value

The location was pretty good.

The vale is not good at all. The bed is to soft and the options for the breakfast are quite limited. The fitness center was ok.

nice place to stay

For the first few days room beside us is quiet however new guests beside our room are noisy Lourdes was able to clean our room well and kept it tidy. Great job Lourdes!

Lovely hotel with good staff but away from tourist attractions.

We arrived around 7pm and the lovely woman working in the cafe offered our kids complimentary fruit cups. This went a long way to stave off hunger until we ate supper.

We requested and confirmed attached rooms but despite arriving at 7pm, they were not ready. Thankfully the housekeeping staff was able to prepare the second room quickly and we had a short delay to check in. The hotel is not in the city center, nor is it easily walkable if you have kids. It cost us about $15 one way to the baseball stadium/CN Tower by Uber. Important to keep in mind when weighing the cost of the hotel versus more expensive locations closer to the city centre.

Estadia confortável, café da manhã muito bom no Bistrô, funcionários em geral muito atenciosos. Sem dúvida, voltaria!

O tamanho da acomodação e muito boa. Banheiro bom.

Como estava num andar baixo e ao lado existe uma construção, não foi possível silêncio absoluto. Mas nada que pudesse atrapalhar o sono.

Mi Valoración del Hotel y del servicio de booking

Me gusto la habitación, la ubicación y la atención de su personal excelente.

NO ME GUSTO y esta mal que al hacer el check out me dijo la empleada que no había sido aceptada mi tarjeta, luego que siempre si, que había sido un error del sistema del hotel. Pero ahora aparecen dos cobros a mi tarjeta: uno del 1o. De septiembre 2023 por $36,441.03 MXN, y otro del 10 de septiembre 2023 por $49,626.95 MXN. Por favor pido la devolución del cobro indebido, pues Booking ya me había dado el costo total al momenyo de hacer la reservacion.

Very good location. Close to many things. Easy to get to where you wanted to go in the city.

Things were good. The staff was good but seemed overwhelmed by the high volume that weekend! Location was very good.

Exceptional

The staff at the check in, Joyce I believe was simply fantastic. She took a lot of care, really made sure everything was well explained and that my needs were met. There was a very quick follow up call to let me know my room was ready, couldn't have been better.

That there was no pool or hot tub.

Spotlessly clean but so much improvement needed.

Spotlessly clean. The housekeeping staff are amazing. Bed was very comfortable.

I did not have a hot shower in 5 days/nights, the water only gets to warm. The curtains were too small for the windows so I had three big gaps when trying to close them - at both ends and in the middle which meant light streaming in at night and daybreak first thing in the morning. Very annoying!! I was on the second floor so my view was of the McDonalds and Dominos across the street. Windows are not double glazed so I heard EVERYTHING happening on the street. Bring ear plugs!
