It’s clean, conveniently located near food and not too far from the botanical garden.
There was no microwave in the room that’s all.

The staff I spoke with were all very nice. The room was clean and bright and pleasant. The pool was cute and clean. The decor was nice too. I mentioned the bed was too soft for my liking but then again I slept well and it was very comfy for when I was just chilling.
The bed was super soft which could very easily be a good thing but personally I didn't like it.

Location was good. Staff were helpful with heavy luggage.
No elevator. No way to cool the room (thermostat didn’t seem to work). Toilet actually rocked and banged into the wall when you got up and down. Overly simplistic breakfast. B&W artistic print in the room was hung upside down.
